SILVIA is now accepting résumés for those looking to join our team of professionals. We pride ourselves in finding the right position for the employee who comes our way.

KITCHEN STAFF of all experience levels are encouraged to apply. All of us in management have worked as a dishwasher or a porter, and we understand that there is no more important position in a restaurant. Busy kitchens also need leaders, and we always have positions for cooks with culinary training or experience.

DINING ROOM STAFF should be genuine, inspiring, energetic, and willing to work as a team. We are almost always looking for detail-oriented professionals who care about service.
